Welcome to CrossFit Pax! CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting. At CrossFit PAX, our vision is to bring CrossFit fitness to our community in a way that is effective, fun, safe, and family friendly. Our mission is to improve the quality of life and health of every athlete and their family and provide the resources and tools necessary to meet their goals and continue to set more! Our coaching team is top notch and our athletes range from ages 6 to over 70 with all experience and fitness levels.
