parking lot sprint, 10 overhead squats (PVC), 10 snatch balance (PVC), 10 parallete jumps, 10 pull ups, samson stretch
Burgener warm up and skill transfer drills
2 sets of 10 snatch at 50% 1RM.
Snatch EMOM/Death by Pull Ups.
Every minute do 1 snatch at 70% 1RM and increase by 1 pull up each minute until failure.
