Strength

Brian’s Ladder – 50 seconds to lift, 10 seconds to rotate; Get as far as you can through the series of barbells. 5 points for a Snatch, 4 points for a Clean and & Jerk, 3 points for Clean, 1 point for Deadlift. Athlete may do as many attempts as possible within 50 seconds but only 1 lift will count. On the final bar only, you may rep out as many reps as possible. Score is total point accumulate throughout the ladder.
