In teams of 3:
On a 12 min clock
Establish a CrossFit Total with one person doing one of each of the three lifts. Deadlift, back squat, shoulder press.
Score is total weight lifted. All 3 partners work at the same time.
Endurance: choose 1 event each
2 mile run
Score is time to complete each event. All partners work at the same time.
Skill: Within 2 min of finishing endurance event each partner has 3 attempts for a max score target throw.
