Skill: Ring Dip

L3:  3 x (3-5) Tempo Dips 3 sec descent, 1 sec pause at bottom, then up.
L2: 3 x (3-5) Dips on Rings or Bar
L1:  Ring Support Hold 3 x (:10 + 5 Parallet Dips)
