4 Relay Hill sprints (team of 2 will jog out to hill, one person will sprint up hill to gate, then back down and tag partner, then they will go till team reaches 4)
76 Hand release pushups
6 Relay Hill Sprints
76 CTB Pull-ups
8 Relay Hill Sprints
76 Goblet Squats
10 Relay Hill Sprints
