Skill:  Turkish Get Up

Practice a minimum or 5 reps on each side with light weight.  Find a 5,3 or 1RM for each side.  Use a kettlebell or dumbbell

WOD:  AMRAP 10

40 Alternating Jumping Lunges

10 Turkish Get ups (5/side)

10 Clapping Pushups

L3: 1.5/1 

L2: 1/.5; Dynamic pushups
