Establish the following Benchmarks:

A:  Bar

L3: Max Unbroken Bar Muscle ups

L2: Max Unbroken kipping pull-ups/CTB

L1: Max time bodyweight bar hang

B:  Wall Walks

L3/L2: Max Wall walks in 2 min.  Chest starts on floor, touches wall and ends on floor.

L1: Max time inverted plank (feet higher than head)

C:  1RM Power Clean
