20/15 Cal Assault bike

15 burpee box jump overs

Rest

*Advance as a team in a waterfall; Person 1 starts on assault bike, when they finish their calories they advance immediately to burpee box jumpovers and person 2 starts assault bike. Person 3 starts assault bike when person 2 finishes. Person 1 should rest until person 3 finishes assault bike and then they start again.
