WOD: 

Run 1 mile

Rest half the time of your mile up to 4 min.

Run 800

CASHOUT:

Find a max set of touch-and-go rope climbs or legless rope climbs.   Feet can only tap ground to jump back up.   Scaled rope climbs will be shoulders touch and go with no resting at the top.
