WOD:

'Death by Cal Row'
Minute 1 – 1 Cal Row
Minute 2 – 2 Cal Row
Minute 3 – 3 Cal Row
Minute 4 – 4 Cal Row
And so on until you can no longer match cal per minute, when you fail  – rest 1 minute.  
THEN subtract 4 cal and row that per minute until the last athlete can no longer match cal per minute
