CrossFit is our core program of constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity. Classes are generally held from 5 am through 6:30pm daily, Monday through Friday, and 9:30am on Saturday. Check our current schedule here!

The general flow of each one hour class is a warmup, skill or strength, WOD (Workout of the Day), then a mobility session to wrap it up.
The coach will lead each class through an appropriate warm up, demonstration, and help each athlete to scale appropriately for their skill, experience level, and goals. The coaches are committed to ensuring that each athlete is progressing safely and effectively!
