ROMWOD is a subcription service of videos to optimize your range of motion, boost your athletic progression, and accelerate recovery. The class is offered Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm and occasional Saturdays at 10:30am.
Olypmic Weightlifting Class
A class that focuses on the Olympic lifts: The Snatch and Clean and Jerk. Athletes work on learning and perfecting these technical movements by following the programming and coaching.
Lead by our Physical Therapist, this class emphasizes positional mobility. Depending upon the requests presented in class or previous workouts earlier in the week, students with work on different areas of the body to improve and strengthen body alignment.
Occasionally held on Saturdays, athletes will have the opportunity to focus on gymnastic movements, which focus on body weight and core strength. Some of these movements include pull ups, toes to bar, handstand work, and muscle ups.
This class focuses on moving heavy weight in conventional and unconventional ways. This includes, but is not limited to: altas stone and sandbag carries, tire flips, rope climbs, and power movements (deadlift, back squat, and bench press).
