Our program schedule includes a few options, as listed below. Each class is led by at least one certified and knowledgeable coach that has a desire to see each athlete succeed.
Most classes have a coach to athlete ratio of approximately 1:10, so the programs are much like personal training and team sport. The athletes are led through a warm up and skill or strength portion of class, then move on to a workout which is different every day.
Our athletes begin with Fundamentals to learn the basics, and then move on to taking our CrossFit Classes, which are the Core of our Program
