In 2013, Brandon realized that college and eating poorly had started taking its toll on his health. Shortly after realizing that he needed to make a lifestyle change, a group of friends introduced him to CrossFit PAX.  Right away he enjoyed the constantly varied workout scheme and camaraderie.  In short Brandon was hooked.  Crossfit got him back on track to becoming healthy and has allowed him to push his body further than he previously thought possible.  As a coach Brandon hopes that he can help others achieve their fitness goals and push themselves to levels that they previously thought were impossible.

Hobbies: Brandon enjoys music festivals/concerts, playing guitar, snowboarding, woodworking and hanging with friends and family
